This cidery is a hidden gem. It's very close to downtown but you can still find parking. The taproom has large garage doors they open so the breeze blows through, but they also have portable cooling units to make it more comfortable in the summer. They have a food truck that opens in the afternoon that serves German food. We tried flights, including a taster of one of the cider slushies. I got the sangria flavor which was delicious and refreshing. We enjoyed every cider we tried. This is a perfect hangout spot with great libations, food, and friendly people.

Amazing menu of ciders! Fun setting with a neighboring coffee shop, friendly staff, dog friendly, and German food truck. Great experience, every time!

Had a really chill Saturday afternoon with friends. Drinks were tasty. We had 2 flights and ordered food. It was a really nice vibe. Everyone was friendly. It was dog friendly. I am scared of dogs, but the dogs were very well mannered and owners were sweet. A very well taken care of spot. You'll enjoy it!

Great atmosphere! Parking was far. I went on a Sunday and this is located next to an apartment building so everyone street parks. The drinks were great. Kian, the bartender, (sorry if it's spelled wrong) was very nice and polite. He struck up a conversation with me and the lady seated next to me. The restroom was clean and overall I had a great time. I would come again.

Errmuhgrr the ciders are delicious. So many great choices we needed several fights to pick our favorite. The flavor notes are well described and there's so many great choices, no bad ones in the mix!! It's a beautifully decorated place with a great vibe. The staff is friendly and fun. There's a food truck and coffee shop as bonus add ons. Get you some!!

If you love craft hard cider (or you haven’t yet discovered that you love it), get thee to Waldschanke Ciders! I was in town visiting my brother and sis-in-law for Christmas, and we stopped in for a flight on a drizzly Christmas Eve afternoon. Walking inside is like stepping into a warm and cozy European pub, with wood tables and benches. My brother suggests ordering a flight (you can also order pints) so we all chose several ciders and shared. Let me just say, this cider is the real deal. The Base Kamp OG cider is made from the recipe used by the family’s grandparents in Switzerland. In addition to the traditional ciders made to the family recipe, that have several creative renditions. They may sound odd — Thai, coffee, wine-barrel fermented, guava, plum, a warm mulled cider, and more — and they all are very very good! Don’t let the “off dry” descriptions make you think the ciders are sweet (like some big production cideries). Each one was crisp, delicious. I enjoyed them all! If you want to take your favorite ciders home, they have a nifty canning machine and will fill and seal your cans while you watch. I can’t wait to go back! Next time, I also want to try their coffee house. What a great idea—coffee and cider in the same place. Well done!

I've been hearing nothing but amazing things about Waldschänke Ciders for awhile now from friends in the Denver area. I finally got the excuse when I had to travel down to Denver for a meeting and landed right down the street from here. The building is in the middle of a neighborhood with narrow streets, but thankfully has a parking lot attached to the location. It was 10:30 in the morning, so I wasn't quite sure if they were even pouring their cider yet, but since they also have coffee on premise, I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. I chose a flight of four and grabbed a seat to get some work done. The bar is in the lower area of the building, directly next to the fermentation area. The Limoncello and Cra-Basin were my favorites on the flight - super tart and refreshing, with a big punch of spicy ginger in the Limoncello. I decided to snag a four pack to go since they offer a slight discount and went home with the Cherry Bomb, Limoncello, the Hot Fuzz (INSANELY SPICY! Be warned!) and their Mad Lion which is a coffee cider with a heavy dose of coffee flavor - seriously tasted like I was drinking sweet cold brew. I'll definitely be back during more "acceptable" cider drinking hours so I can enjoy their food truck and hopefully some of those cider donuts I see all over their social media!

*Open for outdoor dining and indoor dining* Another stop on a recent trip to Denver. Came here with a few friends on a Friday night for a relaxing night out. This fun place is run by a couple who are delightful. They're kind, they have good recommendations, and they keep this place well-run! We ordered a few cider flights and beers. If you're a cider fan, this is a great place for the many flavors they have! There is also a good truck in the premises that you can order food and dessert from.
